Welcome to plixx.app (“Service”, “we”, “our”, “us”). By accessing or using our website, products, or services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree with these Terms, you may not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your country) to use plixx.app. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

2. Description of Service

plixx.app is an online platform that allows users to create short-form vertical videos with AI-generated voiceovers, subtitles, and music. We may update, improve, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time without prior notice.

3. Accounts

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Create, upload, or share content that is illegal, harmful, hateful, or infringes on intellectual property rights.
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or interfere with the Service.
• Misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.

We reserve the right to remove content and/or suspend accounts that violate these rules.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and technology provided by plixx.app are our property or licensed to us. You retain ownership of the content you create but grant us a limited license to host, display, and process it as necessary to operate the Service.

6. Pricing & Payment

6.1 Subscription Plans

We offer free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, as selected) until canceled.

6.2 Upgrades

If you upgrade to a higher plan before the end of your current billing cycle, we will charge a prorated amount for the remaining period.

6.3 Automatic Renewal & Cancellation

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period at the then-current rates. To avoid charges for the next period, you must cancel at least five (5) days before your renewal date via your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to your paid plan until the end of the current period.

6.4 No Refunds

All payments are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for partially used periods, downgrades, or unused features. If your account is suspended or terminated for violating these Terms, you will not be entitled to any refund.

7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

The Service uses AI technologies for voice generation, subtitles, and related features. You are solely responsible for how you use AI-generated content, including ensuring compliance with applicable laws and platform policies where you publish it.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “AS IS” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, plixx.app will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
